The West Salem Titans semi-final finish in the 2007 playoffs helped them land a total of eight slots on this year's 6A football all-state football squad. The team named by the Oregonian newspaper in voting by coaches included a pair of Titans nabbing two-way first team honors.

Senior wide receiver Jordan Bishop, who was a first team all-Central Valley Conference performer at both wide out and defensive back, also was honored as a first teamer at both positions in the all-state balloting.
Titan kicker and punter Ryan Allen was also named to the first team at both positions, as he was in CVC balloting regular season balloting.
Also on the first team was West Salem senior guard Kekai Walker, also a first team all-CVC pick.
West Salem had two second team selections on defense. Linebacker John Gallagher and lineman Alex Fox were chosen by the coaches. Honorable mention picks for West included defensive lineman Tyler Steele, center Cody Peterman and running back Jordan Jenkins, the CVC offensive player of the year.
Other CVC players also picked up all-state honors.
Sprague linebacker Tony Wilson, destined for Oregon State University, was a second team defensive pick. Olympian teammate Trent Michels also made the second team at offensive tackle.
Redmond linebacker Clayton York, who was the CVC defensive player of the year, received honorable mention honors.
