COACH COMMENTS ON TEAM/LEAGUE
We will still be a little young with some kids having to step into new roles and new positions, but we should still have solid senior leadership to get us into the playoffs. We are not huge, but will rely on tough defense to get us into the open floor, and then on the offensive end rely on our intelligence to work the ball to find the best overall shot.
Redmond and West Salem should complete for the title because of the players they have returning. West is loaded with athleticism and senior leaders, while Redmond has the advantage of playing six games over the mountain. McNary brings an extremely young team back to league play, while South and McKay both have some playoff experience coming back. I predict the league winner could easily be 9-3 or 8-4 this season. It should be a fun year with a lot of athletes in the league.
