Mountain View 10, McKay 7

Another extended drive by Mountain View resuled in a 27 yard field goal by Cashman early in the second quarter to push the lead to 10-0.
Late in the half, McKay mounted an 80 yard drive of their own. Despite penalties that marred their performance the entire ballgame, the Scots got on the board when quarterback John Brewer found Cole Mahaffey with a 15 yard TD pass. Mahffey's extra point cut the lead to 10-7.
The second half was marked by mistakes and missed opportunities for McKay. Penalties throttled two Scot drives in the third quarter.
